Olive Kids is OK with us! (+ giveaway!!)

June 24th, 2008

Welcome! If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed and start off at this page to get to know me better. Thanks for visiting!

The problem with naming your kid something different like Liberty is that you can NEVER find anything with her name on it in the stores.  So when Olive Kids asked if I’d like to review one of their personalized items, I jumped at the chance because I knew Libby would LOVE to see her name on something – ANYTHING. (Yes, I am totally cheap frugal and do not have things personalized for her.)

So I went to their website (http://olivekids.com) and picked out this beautiful floor pillow that I knew Libby would like.   When it arrived, it turns out I was right.  She LOVED it.  She got such a big kick out of having her name on the pillow.  This is HER pillow, brothers – so back off!

The color is absolutely beautiful.  My pictures didn’t do the vibrancy of the colors, both of the fabric & stitching, justice.   The stitching is excellent – in fact, it’s stood up to the toddler test.  Zachary stands in front of the pillow and then flops onto it – and the stitching says “Is that the best you got, little man?”  He loves the fact that the pillow is as big as he is.

A note about their customer service.  The first pillow we received had a problem with the stitching on a seam.  I sent an email off to Olive Kids  and explained it and within THREE DAYS, we had a new pillow at the door.  THAT’S customer service, people!

has so many fabulous and fun kid’s bedding and personalized products, it’d be impossible to tell you about them all – but I DO have to mention that they’re turning 10 years old and are having a big celebration!

So go on over, check out http://olivekids.com  and enter their 10th Birthday celebration for a chance to win!
