About Me
Dawn was born and raised in Rhode Island but now lives in Northern New Hampshire oops – West Virginia now, with her main squeeze of 14 years and their 3 children. She is a stay at home mom, but is always working to find a way to earn her pocket change somehow or other, whether it be through graphics & web design, blogging about products, blog installations and troubleshooting, photography or selling blood [joking!!!!].
Always a photography enthusiast, Dawn has recently decided to pursue photography and see where it takes her. She primarily focuses on nature and her children as her subjects, but also enjoys other subjects as well.
Dawn began blogging in 2005 and was instantly hooked. In 2006, she began her family blog upon receiving the news that she was expecting her 3rd child. Blogging helps her maintain her sanity and connect with people outside of her house that are taller than 4′ tall.
Dawn shares almost all aspects of her life on her blog – the good, the bad & the ugly. Her ongoing bout with depression, various unexplained health problems, and the issues of breastfeeding, co-sleeping, toddlerisms, preschooler issues, and yeah, and the teen boy who helps her out. Did we mention that she homeschools, too? The kids, ages 13, 7 & 3, keep her on her toes AT ALL TIMES!
