jinxed or karma?
To begin with, the trip was only supposed to be a couple of days.
On Memorial Day, Jimmy told me we were going down to Maryland, because he had a job interview with a tech school.
On Tuesday, I began the preparations of packing for a trip with 3 kids, 2 kittens and of course, 2 adults. However, my stomach was bothering me and I lost a good part of the day. It finally got so bad, I decided to go to the e.r. The e.r. doc told me that I have another hernia, but that the problems I was having was most likely because of my g.e.r.d. (gastro-esophageal reflux disease) – although that remains truly undiagnosed. He said that until I lost weight, neither would be particularly fixable. I have gained about 60 or so pounds in the last 2 years. So it makes sense that this would be the result. Yeah, I suck.
