Coming to a Nursery Near You

The lovely Audrey has tagged me to tell you all 6 random things about me.  Trust me, these ARE random, as it took me forever to come up with them.

 

• I have never seen any of what everyone considers CLASSIC movies, such as Gone with the Wind, On the Waterfront, etc.
• If I cannot have my coffee light & sweet, I will not drink it at all.
• I like to call my mom up and tell her when I’m making something that she truly doesn’t like (like canned spaghetti w/hamburger all in 1 pot) LOL just to hear her go “ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww”
• There are some things that make me miss living in Tennessee (but don’t tell hubby that!)
• I’m continually amazed at how the slate is wiped clean every morning when my children wake up and all the things they did to annoy me the day before have all vanished and I’m happy to see them. LOL
• I am not a politico nor a feminist but am sad that I will not get to vote for a woman for president.  After reading We Are Our Mother’s Daughters, women’s history has really moved to the forefront of my mind, especially since I am also raising a daughter.

I’m still (im)patiently waiting for my new nephew to come out of hiding.  They’ve now told Heather that if she doesn’t go into labor on her own by TUESDAY, they’ll induce.  Ugh.  I keep telling her to GET BUSY, but hmph… she’s in PAIN from them stripping something or other… whatever.  CLEARLY, she doesn’t want to have this baby.
