Dancing with the Stars finale – Already!?
This season of DWTS seems to have flown by. I wasn’t as excited with it this season as with last, and I think that’s because the caliber of the dancers really wasn’t as exciting. This year, the only person to really stand out was Kristi Yamaguchi, who is so TOTALLY going to win tonight.

Kristi, though, hasn’t even been as consistent in the final weeks as some others in previous seasons. Yes, I know that everyone’s different. But last night – I watched Jason Taylor and thought “HOW did this man get to the finals? HOW?” I’d have rather seen Mario make it to final 3. Jason seems like he has a great personality and obviously, Edyta Sliwinska is an amazing choreographer & teacher – but still… really? Cristián de la Fuente – well, at least he’s nice to look at. He’s definitely gotten better after he hurt his arm, but he’s still got that deer in the headlights look a lot of time which is really quite comical. It seems to me that Kristi deserves to win because, for no other reason, she THROWS herself into her routines – but I think that’s from her many years of training as an ice skater.
Does that give her an advantage? Of course.
Will she take home the Mirror Ball Trophy? Yup!
Then it’ll be back to waiting for it to come back in the Fall
